All negotiate prices for materials and crafts that all parties consider 'just' and fair. It might mean that there are cheaper African crafts on the market, but none that offer a 'fairer deal' than AfricanWireArt.com.

Many of these artists (such as those pictured below) are unable to afford the necessary permits to operate a street stall in their home countries. Artists such as Eddie are forced to sell his materials at traffic intersections to passing cars due to such difficulties. This impacts on his work and safety significantly. AfricanWireArt.com offers the opportunity to sell wires on a global level at no cost to the artist.

Money raised by AfricanWireArt.com is used to further market African craft and in finding new artisans from across the Southern African region. AfricanWireArt is assisting artisans with training and marketing advice to better their economic situation........

Meet Eddie. He manufactures Wire Art products such as keyrings and ornaments. Eddie is originally from Zimbabwe.

We found him selling beaded wire seahorses at road intersections to the passing traffic.

Eddie and his wire artist colleague George, specialise in wire art ornaments, from chilli keyrings to beaded seahorses.
